PRODUCTIVE EXAM PREP USING MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS.

This 6 week course focuses on getting you in top shape leading into your exams.  By setting up more productive study practices, you will feel more able and confident. 

Using mindfulness and meditation techniques you’ll be able to clear your mind, focus on what’s important, and get your priorities in order.  

You’ll be given take home resources as well as practical experience during the class.  You’ll be asked to do some regular meditation at home in between classes. (You could even do it with a family member if you wanted to!)

Classes will be small and the vibe will be friendly.  You will learn a variety of mindfulness techniques as well as experience a range of meditation styles to see what best fits you. An added bonus is that these techniques will give you a lifelong skill for managing good mental health. 

PS You don’t need any previous experience of mindfulness or meditation to do this course!
